HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WEAR MY TEETH ALIGNERS EVERYDAY?

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO KEEP MY ALIGNERS CLEAN?
For clean and clear aligners, soak them in water at least once a day. Then brush off all the food particles and plaque using another toothbrush.
DO ALIGNERS CAUSE PAIN?
While using aligners, you may experience mild pain for a couple of days, initially, till your teeth adjust to the procedure. This is because pressure is being applied to your teeth for their movement into the ideal position.
